Interactive mini teaching unit (MUD) on the importance of having healthy habits, including physical activity. However, this must be accompanied by other habits, such as healthy food, sufficient sleep, socialising with others; as well as avoiding not-so-healthy habits such as alcohol and tobacco. Physical exercise is also a major factor in preventing sedentariness.
